Mr. Okolichukwu Ebube is an accomplished litigation practitioner with extensive experience in criminal, civil and commercial litigation, debt recovery, judgment enforcement, garnishee proceedings, banking disputes, property litigation, appellate advocacy and complex contentious matters. He has successfully represented clients before trial and appellate courts across Nigeria and has developed particular expertise in obtaining and enforcing court orders, asset tracing and recovery, execution proceedings, interlocutory applications and strategic dispute management. His practical understanding of litigation procedure and judgment enforcement mechanisms makes him a valuable asset in high-stakes recovery and contentious matters.

Festus B. Ugwuegbu, Esq. is a legal practitioner dedicated to providing sound legal solutions with professionalism, integrity, and excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and the Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) qualification from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, qualifying him to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Law at Nassarawa State University, Keffi, with a focus on the legal and regulatory issues arising from technological innovation, cybersecurity, data protection, electronic commerce, digital evidence, and intellectual property. Mr. Festus B. Ugwuegbu Esq. has a keen interest in litigation, corporate and commercial law, ICT law, regulatory compliance, and legal research.
